1. Use of donations
All donations received by Guardian Angel are used for the organization's charitable objects — disability rehabilitation, HIV/AIDS awareness and care, sustainable development — and for reasonable administrative costs needed to run these programmes.
2. Receipts
An official receipt is issued for every donation. Please share your full name, address, email, PAN (where applicable) and transaction reference with us at help.guardianangel@outlook.com.
3. Restricted donations
If you wish your donation to support a specific programme, please tell us at the time of giving. We will honour your preference wherever possible; if a programme is fully funded, we will contact you before redirecting funds.
4. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error (for example, a wrong amount or a duplicate transaction), please write to help.guardianangel@outlook.com within 15 days of the transaction with the details. Verified errors will be refunded to the original payment source within 15 working days.
5. Foreign contributions
Guardian Angel accepts foreign contributions only in accordance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA). Please contact us before making a donation from outside India.
6. Donor privacy
Donor information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared.
